Sarata Adams, Business Development Officer

Sarata Omane is the Business Development Officer at Advanced Information Technology Institute (AITI-KACE). She is part of a team committed to using opportunities that exist within the organization and innovations  globally to bring about accelerated growth generally towards the achievement of the organizational goals.

She is the manager for International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) an internationally recognised end-user certification programme run at the centre with it presence in over 150 countries.

In her work with AITI-KACE, Sarata has been involved in managing,marketing,promoting, organising, and coordinating AITI-KACE activities. She has, among other achievements, successfully co-ordinated and organized Technology Transformation Seminars and IT Training Programmes on different topics for targeted individuals and corporate bodies in Ghana.

Sarata holds a Bachelor of Management Studies degree from the University of Cape Coast and a member of  Chartered Institute of Marketing CIM-UK

Interests: Developing women and entrepreneurs' mastery and use of ICT.

 

Esther Antwi, Accounts Officer

 Esther holds RSA stage 3 certificates, Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HND) certificates from Accra Polytechnic. She is also a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants with Level 1 and parts of Level 2 certificates. She holds a Postgraduate certificate and Diploma in Business Administration from GIMPA.She has worked at the Controller and Accountants General's Department, Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing and also for Danida. Her aspiration is to be a Director of Finance and Administration.
 

 

Lawrence Yao Kpodo, Academic Secretary

 Lawrence holds a Bachelors Degree in Management, HND (Secretaryship and Management Studies) and 3-year cert A. He has worked with University of Ghana, DAPEG, Programme for Effective Management (PEM), AMA, DANIDA, National Electoral Commission in administrative positions and also with WAEC as Assistant Examiner. He has appreciable exposure to varied ethnic and organisational culture, which has endowed him with strong competencies in communication and human relations. Lawrence aspires to develop advanced career in management and administration.
 

 

Patricia S. Nyahe, Librarian / Content Specialist
 
First Class combined Honors Degree in Information Studies and French from the University of Ghana, Patricia is fluent in English, French and Spanish. Coordinator of Project Kane, she was responsible for the software installation and implementation of the project. Other projects include data collection, analysis and evaluation of Ghanaian digital contents vis-a-vis World Summit Award(WSA) selection criteria for entry into the WSA global events in 2007 and 2009 editions.
 Also, Patricia is a member of the Multimedia team specializing in Content management.
 
 

 Mabel Tei, Administrative Assistant
 
 A Stenographer Grade II holder with SSSCE certificate and a Diploma in Busniess Studies (DBS), Mabel previously worked with the Ministry of Communications and Technology. Mabel provides general administrative information management as an administrative assistant.

 

 

 Latif Bamba, Driver
 
 He is heavy duty driving trained and a motor mechanic. Latif has over nine years driving experience. Before joining AITI-KACE, he worked with the Ghana Commercial Bank. Prior to that, he drove Heavy duty trucks for GAP in Tema. He possesses both a License A drivers license and international license.
