The platform also known as the digital gateway was designed and developedby AITI-KACE with support from UNDP to help MSMEs share and access real-time information that will enable appropriate action for decision makers, MSMEs owners/leaders, and academia. The digital gateway has three main modules namely Info hub, Forum and Market Place. As a result of the digital gateway, MSMEs can now have access to relevant business, tax, financial, training and other information to improve their business operations. With this new platform, MSMEs can have business discussions and post issues they experience in the course of their trading activities. Service providers across Ghana also can advertise their services to the registered users of the system.
